Q&A

What clinical outcomes do you track with Juniver?

For Pro Plans and Clinics, we track:
- Changes in eating disorder pathology (EDE-Q-13)
- Changes in depression (PHQ-9) and anxiety (GAD-7)
- Changes in quality of life (CIA 3.0)
- Changes in perceived stress (PSS-4)

This list can be tailored to the needs of your practice. In a recent survey, 80% of users reported a reduction in eating disorder symptoms since starting Juniver.

What is the underlying model for Juni, and how does it evolve over time?

Juni’s training is proprietary; it was conducted with involvement and supervision from eating disorder clinicians, researchers, and people with lived experience. It was robustly tested and is consistently monitored.

What do you do to help users make using Juniver a daily habit?

We send users daily notifications and reminders. As an example, we prompt users to set a daily intention in the app every morning - how to navigate an impending challenge, a clinical skill to work on, and more. At the end of the day, we close the loop by prompting the user to reflect on how well they adhered to their intention. This enables our users to build a daily habit of self reflection, and empower them to think of progress as a collection of small, recovery-promoting decisions.

Am I able to see what my clients are saying to Juni?

Users’ conversations are private; our monitoring and flagging protocols alert you if your client is expressing thoughts or exhibiting behaviors that may be unsafe.
